We are successful in this regard because we are “Proactive” not “Reactive” with clients. What does this mean?

It means that as part of our managed service we provide 24 / 7 / 365 monitoring of all equipment that is capable of being monitored on a customer network. We monitor 

  • Servers / Network Attached Storage devices.
  • PC’s
  • Backups
  • Antivirus
  • Firewalls
  • Internet connections
  • Hardware and software
  • and other misc Networking components.

So what does that mean to our customers?

Here are a few examples of work we have carried out recently for our Managed Service Customers.

Melted server

We had a warning from our monitoring software that a customers server disk was starting to fail (Details available on request). We were able to replace that disk with no downtime to the business. If that disk had failed, that server would have been offline for maybe 2 days whilst it was rebuilt. 

Encrypted files warning

One of customers had a warning that a PC with Sage accounts on it (small business). We received a warning from our monitoring system that an attempt had been made to encrypt the PC with Cryptolocker.

As we had protected the PC (For as little as £3.50 per month) the attack was unsuccessful.


A client had a laptop stolen with all his company information on it, however, as it was encrypted by us and as we had a full backup of the data, it wasn’t an issue, he simply bought a new laptop and we restored the data to it.
